Hi Dennis and Students,

I hope that through this blog, we can exchange information about each other and share ideas, opinions, experiences in order to have a real international exchange. We are all excited about the possibilities. My Advanced students asked questions to you after seeing your pictures, but I didn't tell them what would really happen. Well, I had no idea how we would start all that, so I thought the best option would be a blogger, for it is interactive and the layout is neat.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Also, I included another blogger from another group which is related to stereotypes, a topic that I find fascinating as it is our chance to show who we really are and how we live. It's is a true opportunity to demistify some common beliefs about a country and its people. I hope you can share some of your own cultural aspects there. Take a look at it.

Oí, Carla.

I'm truly excited about the possibilities for this international exchange. I hope my students take full advantage of it—and I feel confident they will.

Samuel Carranza (Sam C) has already posted a response to the questions from Ana Paula, Daniel, Vitor, and Eliane. I think other responses will start coming in soon!

I showed my class this blog this morning. They were all interested to see questions specifically for them. After they respond to them, I'll encourage them to post questions for your students.

Hi, everybody!

I just had lunch and when I checked my mail, surprise!!! It was full of answers and questions from you guys. I'll have classes with my students next Tuesday. Then, I 'll show them what you wrote and they will reply to you soon.

I'm very pleased to see that everybody had something to say. Soon you'll receive some things from Brazil so that you have a chance to see how our country is.

Hi, my friend.

I'm glad you liked our surprise, and I'm sure my students will be interested to see replies.

We look forward to receiving whatever you send from Brazil. When I get an address for you (maybe you sent it already), I'll also send something from Arizona.

Até mais ver—

Dennis
