Dear students,
I'm delighted to read your introductions! You are such an ecclectic and multicultural group conducted by this fantastic teacher you have, Dennis Oliver. Do you believe that we've never met and I consider him a dear friend? Well, I guess this is part of this cyber world, full of wonderful surprises.
Well, you'll meet now a group of very special people, my students at Casa Thomas Jefferson. Twice a week, we wake up very early just to have the pleasure of learning with each other. English is the means of communication in class! The fact that I start Monday mornings, at 7:30 am, teaching and learning with these fantastic human beings enlightens my week. I don't even see time passing by. It goes fast. Laugh is constant, witty observations are present, and learning English is a consequence!
I really hope that this will be one more happy and enriching connection between Brazil and the US!
More later.
