To Saowanee

Hello Saowanee, In my first try to climb I didn't get to reach the top too. Well, I guess that makes climbing to become a challenge to me, so I started to pratice more, but in spite not being a expert in climbing I'm much better than I was.

I guess someday I'll also try parachute jumping, but not for now.

And regarding my kids, well, when I started to pratice I had tried to include my wife and my kids in that, but she got scared and didn't let me take them with me (she said that I was crazy).

And now they like other types of sports (the older loves basketball and the newer loves swimming).

Does your husband climb too? Do you have good places to climb nearby?

Hello Emerson,

My husband used to rock climb on real mountains. We go to fake rock climbs every once and a while. We do have a fake rock climb place nearby, here is the website;

My kids like to rock climb, but their main sport is basketball. They have practices two times a week and have a game every Saturday. My daughter can't play for a while because she sprained her ankle at one of her practices.
Do you and your family celebrate Easter? If yes, what did you and your family do?

Hi Saowanee, I've visited the site you mentioned, It's amazing how organized and well structured this sport is in US (like several other things, this is what makes this country a great one). I've bookmarked this site. Some brasilian friends of mine have climbed in some climbing routes in Yosemite (California, I guess). Lately my job doesn't let me climb in real rock, so I have usually been climbing in fake rock climb places too.
By the way, we celebrate Easter generally in family, eating chocolate eggs after breakfast, we also have lunch together (a special unresistable-to-repeat dish, of course , accompanied with a delicious dessert) and to finish the day, eat the rest of the chocolate eggs (of course some of us doesn't get to finish this last part and "unfortunately" this "duty job" has to be done in the monday). That's the reason the ladies that are on diet and others that still don't (because after that they will need to) are afraid of this day. I'm kidding, of course, but in part this is our way to celebrate, not forgetting the religious root of this day, as a majority of christians, people in Brazil consider this is a hole day because Jesus resurrection. Some people are used to spent some time of the day in churches thanking their existence in this and in the other life (after death by the forgiveness of the faults). And for you, how is the Easter? is there any difference between US and Thailand?

Hello Emerson,

We don't celebrate Easter in Thailand, but my family and I celebrate it here. We get together with all the family around and have fun.

Last Wednesday was our last day of school. On that day we had our last final exam. I had five exams, and three went really good. I worry about grammer and writing because they were kind of hard. I hope everything will go good with that.

On the last day of school we also had a party. We ate snacks, talked, and had a lot of fun. We also got a lot of pictures of each other.

Now I have a little break. My next class starts at the end of this month, but it is only one class. It is listening and speaking, and it should be easy.

Talk to you later.

Saowanee
