Hi, Florine.
I think it's very interesting that several of us are originally from Illinois. I'm from there but not from Chicago. Instead, I'm from a village called Louisville. It's in the southern part of the state (in Clay County). I haven't lived there for a long, long time and I don't really miss it except for three things: real rain, real Spring, and lilacs.
Do you have any idea what you will study after you finish the general studies program?
I hope you have a good day, too.
Dennis
Hi, Florine.
In class, you told me that you wished you knew more about Brazil.
I found two websites that will give you a LOT of information:
Wikipedia article: Brazil
Brazil Tourism
Enjoy!
Dennis
Thank you for the information. I have no idea right now.
Florine
Hi again, Florine.
If you click on Wikipedia article: Brazil and/or Brazil Tourism (above), you will go to websites with a lot of information—facts, photos, maps, and so on—about Brazil.
I hope you find it interesting.
Dennis
Hi Florine, I'm Carla's student at Casa Thomas, from Brazil.
I'm a public lawyer and I started to study english again at february. I think it's very important to know other languages, to travel and to talk with friends like you. I visited the US three times, to New York and Orlando.
Do you know another countries?
Bye, Mariana
Florine,
If you want to know more about Brazil, just ask us!
We would be glad to let you know more about our wonderful country, full of contrasts.
Carla
