Hello.My name is Gaby Morales. I am 23 years old. I was born in Los Angeles, CA and was raised in Fresno, California. I moved to Phoenix, Arizona when I got married in 2002.
I am currently studying to become an elementary teacher. I would like to work with children who have learned English as a Second Language.

Hi, Gaby.
I applaud your career choice. Elementary school teachers have a very, very important role in helping our young people develop their potential.
I'm particularly glad you want to work with ELLs (students learning ESL). They are often neglected or not given the attention that they deserve. This is tragic because often they are much more highly motivated than native-English-speaking students.
I think you'll be hearing from Carla's students soon.

I hope you get a very good job after your graduate, work with children , I think it is very difficult and you have to be very patient, especially when they are learning englih as a second language.
